Once upon a time there lived a girl. she lived in a forest. in a corner of the deepest darkest baddest forest that you could ever find. and she never bathed. well u really cant blame her as she had never seen enough water to bathe herself in. the deep dark part of the forest she lived provided her with only enough water to drink. and it never crossed her mind to venture out and explore the rest of the forest.

one day she met a bird. it was a talking parrot. the lil bird just dropped into her life and sang on and on about how much water there was available in the rest of the forest. the birdie described wonderful things u could do with the water. how magical how pure and how frickkin beautiful it was....

the girl wondered. she couldnt sleep. she tossed around in her bed made of twigs and leaves.

she looked around her. her safe comfortable loving corner of the forest. her haven. her shelter from storms and hurricanes.

she took a good look. and then looked outwards... what else lay outside? what suprises? wat wonders?

she took a deap breath.

and she left her corner in the deep dark forest.

she took a step out... out of her corner. out of her haven... and right now..shes scared to death..

nice photo...was wondering whether this is that small uninhabited island near Thulusdhoo which has that amazing foresty feeling... a friend of mine recently was there and took this photo (which almost looks like a Lord of the Rings shot):
